Cushion Factory Chair Pad Completion Times
Please see below details of our completion times, particularly those that relate to pre Christmas orders for 2024. This page is updated regularly.
Our current completion times are as follows:
10 days – NA
Express fabrics and Warwick Fabrics, all other regular suppliers with stock in Australia – normally 10 days (Guaranteed pre Christmas Deliveries will close 25th Nov )
The Cushion Makers Offshore manufacturing – normally 4-6 weeks ( Guaranteed pre Christmas orders for this fabric option have closed* )
Fabric Suppliers outside Australia ( except US Sunbrella ) – normally 4-8 weeks ( Guaranteed pre Christmas orders for this fabric option have closed* )
Mid – Late January 2025 – Any order placed outside of these timeframes
PRIORITY – If you would like your order fast tracked, please contact our Sales Team to see if a PRIORITY TIME FRAME is possible. A $100 fee will apply.
*If you have missed these cut off times, please still place your order as we will still be working on your project and will do our best to despatch before Christmas.
Our regular timeframes should be back to normal by mid to late Jan 2025.
We will however fast track any order where possible.
