How much do Custom Cushions cost?
Every custom cushion is made to order, so the price depends on its size, shape, foam, fabric and finishing details. Whether you need a single dining chair cushion or a complete outdoor lounge setting, we’ll provide a personalised quote so you only pay for what you need.
How long do Made to Measure Cushions take to make?
Most Australian-made cushions are manufactured in around 10 working days once your order is confirmed and your fabric is available. If you’ve chosen a fabric with a longer lead time or a value-made option, we’ll let you know the expected production timeframe before you place your order.
Can you make any size?
Yes. Every Cushion Factory cushion is custom made to your exact measurements. We can manufacture almost any shape or size, including bench seats, window seats, outdoor lounges, daybeds, caravan cushions, boat cushions and commercial seating.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We manufacture and deliver custom cushions throughout Australia. You can order online, visit one of our four Studios for a free design consultation, or work with one of our Cushion Experts over the phone or by email.
What is the best outdoor fabric?
The best outdoor fabric depends on where your cushions will be used. For long-term performance, we recommend premium solution-dyed acrylic fabrics such as Sunbrella, which offer outstanding fade resistance, durability and easy care. We also offer a wide range of quality outdoor fabrics to suit different styles, budgets and applications, and our Cushion Experts can help you choose the right option.
Can I replace my existing cushions?
Absolutely. Replacing worn or faded cushions is one of the most popular reasons customers choose Cushion Factory. In many cases, new custom cushions can completely transform your outdoor furniture or indoor seating for a fraction of the cost of replacing the furniture itself.
Do I need to visit a Studio?
No. While many customers enjoy visiting one of our Studios to compare fabrics and receive one-on-one design advice, it’s not essential. We can help you choose fabrics, confirm measurements and place your order over the phone or by email, then deliver your custom cushions anywhere in Australia.
