I appreciated the way in which they handled my enquiry, the professionalism and understanding of what I wanted and the patience in dealing with me as I changed my mind on what fabric and colours I wanted, (and hoping to get it before Christmas (if possible), Jan in the Sydney office was very helpful with my order and I received my beautiful cushions before Christmas. I also like that you can track your order while it is being made, great idea.
